Before you start

These questions cover the ground HIPAA holds your practice responsible for: how patient images and referrals leave the building, who can sign in to what, how the imaging and operatory machines are maintained, and what happens on the morning something goes wrong.

Answer as accurately as you can. “Not sure” is a normal answer here, not a wrong one, and it usually points at the gap faster than a yes or a no does.
